October 6, 2009 Board Meeting Agenda Item #23 Title APPROVAL TO AWARD BID #0524 FOR SPECIALIZED DUPLICATING SERVICES Description Bids to provide 'Specialized Duplicating Services' were received from six vendors on September 1, 2009.  The bid of Florida Blueprint of Sarasota was the best low bid meeting the advertised specifications.  This bid is for a period of one year with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods.  The funds for these purchases are contained in the capital budget allocated to the Construction Services Department.    Recommendation That the bid of Florida Blueprint of Sarasota, to provide 'Specialized Duplicating Services' in an amount not to exceed $60,000.00, be approved for award and purchase.
